- We do not provide information about you to other companies for marketing purposes
- You may control how your information may be used by Alpha Bank & Trust
Alpha Bank & Trust is required to provide our customers with a document that illustrates the types of information we may collect and the circumstances under which we may make it available to others. We collect information about you when we reasonably believe it will help provide the right products and services to you and when it helps us protect you from fraud. We obtain only information that is necessary to administer our business and is allowed by law.
How we collect customer information
When you open a new account or apply for credit, we obtain nonpublic personal information about you including your Social Security Number and phone numbers and your financial resources including employment, income, expenses, assets and debts. When you become a customer, we may collect information about your transactions with us such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions and card usage. We may periodically update information you provided at account opening including credit reports.

We will use this information to identify persons involved in transactions to protect against unauthorized access to funds or information and to protect accounts. Information collected will also be used to identify and avoid potential risks or losses to Alpha Bank & Trust.
